JT founded WorkBook6 upon recognizing that escalating costs and declining lifetime values were leading many marketers into a profitability crisis. The concept was quickly validated – in the past four years, WorkBook6 has grown to help dozens of clients forge new partnerships. Today, JT is responsible for the business’s vision and strategy, corporate sales, marketing, and enterprise client relations.
Before launching WorkBook6, JT served as Chief Revenue Officer of a national insurance agency. Before that, he oversaw a leading US-based contact center and global digital agency and led a mobile advertising business to a $10MM run rate within its first year of operation.
JT has extensive leadership, sales, and business development experience across many industries. He has worked at an executive level with leaders at such enterprises as USAA, Esurance/Allstate, Plymouth Rock, Travelers, Liberty Mutual/Safeco, Progressive, United Healthcare, National General, Vivint Home Security and many, many more. He has also advised a number of national distribution businesses (agencies) within the life, health, and P/C categories. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for InsuraMatch (a national P/C agency under the Plymouth Rock family of brands).
JT lives in Tempe, Arizona, with his wife, Jennie, and two boys.
